How a workshop works
Children and young adults pick up instruments, write a song together and finish with a music video of their own.
1Pick up an instrument
Joshua introduces the group to musical instruments. No experience needed.
2Write a song together
The group writes an original song, side by side, from the first idea to the last line.
3Film the music video
Participants are filmed as they craft and perform their song. Then the footage is professionally edited.
4Watch it together
Everyone gathers to watch the finished video and see themselves shine.
Free to take part
Every PSS workshop is free for participants. No one needs to own an instrument or have played before.
What participants keep
A song they wrote together, a professionally edited music video of them performing it, and the confidence to keep using music to express themselves.
